We have specialised in hearing aids for over 50 years. Our Hearing Care Centre and our hearing clinics are staffed by qualified Hearing Aid Audiologists who can advise on the best solution for our customers.
We promise our customers: Free Hearing test and consultation, 30 day ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee, professional aftercare and support for as long as needed, 2 year guarantee with all hearing aids (3 year guarantee with all Starkey hearing aids). We also offer home visits. The Free Hearing test and Consultation is available at our Hearing Care Centre at 5/6 Lavitts Quay and at all of our hearing clinics in Mitchelstown (Livinghealth), Mallow, Skibbereen, Midleton , Cobh, Dungarvan, Ardfert, Killarney and Cahirciveen.
PRSI contributors and their spouses are entitled to Government Grants of up to €760 per hearing aid. We are happy to advise our customers of these grants and to help with the claim forms.The whole test takes a little under an hour and is totally confidential ’.
The way we operate is:
• we book all tests etc. through our hearing care centre in Lavitts Quay in Cork
• We carry out tests, do adjustments, follow up appointments etc. at Livinghealth in Mitchelstown
• if the patient/customer needs an aid we order it and then phone them for a fitting when we receive the aid
• patients/customers can give aids in need of repair to us at Livinghealth, Mitchelstown or can post them with their details to 5/6 Lavitts Quay
• patients/customers pay when fitted but have 30 days in which they can return it and get their money back
• once fitted the patient/customer will be booked in for a two week check up but is very welcome to phone us or call in the meantime should they have any problem/query
• We are happy to do home visits or industrial testing
