Aine Burns Podiatrist/Chiropodist is now taking appointments at Livinghealth Clinic, Mitchelstown.
Originally from Cork City, Aine Burns trained in London and graduated in 1995 with an honours degree in Podiatry from the University of Westminster. Aine worked in the National Health Service in the renowned Diabetic Foot Clinic at Kings College Hospital as well as Lambeth Health Authority specialising in care of the Diabetic Foot.
She then moved to Singapore with her husband and set up a private practice, working with other health care professionals. Enjoying all aspects of Podiatry/Chiropody, Aine has a keen interest in sports podiatry, biomechanics and orthotics. She worked closely with expatriate Singaporean Rugby and Soccer clubs. She also provided podiatry services to elite triathletes and marathon runners.
After nine years living and working in Singapore, Aine returned home to Cork and is delighted to bring her experience to Mitchelstown.

It is our practice philosophy to promote foot health at all times. Therefore we recommend regular check-ups. Professional advice and regular check ups will help achieve this.
We offer full range of Podiatry/Chiropody treatment for any foot problem, in a gentle caring and friendly environment. Members of The Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists of Ireland are university graduates or equivalent.
Fees for Podiatry Treatment from MChSI are eligible for cover by VHI and Bupa but patients should check this in advance if they are not sure.
