Dr. Brian Carr
Dr. Brian Carr is a graduate of UCC. His special interests in the clinic include all branches of General Practice, Minor Surgery and in particular Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Maria McCallan
Dr McCallan has recently joined the practice as a GP.
Surgery Hours: Every Second Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Every Alternate Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm. Tuesday 9 am to 12.30 pm
Dr. Laura Lane
Dr. Laura Lane graduated from UCC in 2010 with a BMed.

Nurse Sinead Sexton RGN
Sinead is a registered general nurse with a wide range of experience. She graduated from Nene University College, Northampton UK 1999. She achieved a BSC in Nursing in 2004 and a NSC in Nursing 2008. Her extensive experience includes General medical, Neuro Medical and Nephrology Nursing. She has worked in the Field of Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis for 9 years. Sinead joined the practice here in Mitchelstown in November, 2016 and she has a specialist interest in diabetic care and wound care and has extensive experience in Phlebotomy and childhood immunisations.
Dr. Declan Herlihy
Dr. Declan Herlihy is a graduate of The Royal College of Surgeons. His special interest in the clinic includes all branches of general practice and has a particular interest in the prevention and management of Diabetes and Heart Disease in the community. Dr. Herlihy is actively engaged in the teaching of Final UCC & UL undergraduates.

Dr. Elaine Lee Murphy
Dr. Elaine Lee Murphy graduated from UCC in 2006 with an MB BCh BAO BMed SC. She has diplomas in Medicine of the Elderly (DME) Psychiatry (DCP). Elaine graduated with her MICGP in 2011. She joined the practice in 2011 and she has worked there since as a full time General Practitioner. She is currently undertaking a three year Masters programme in Medical education with the University of Edinburgh. Her special interests in the clinic include Pregnancy and Women’s health and she fits the Mirena coil and Implanon

Dr. Frank O Connor
Dr. Frank O’Connor is a graduate of UCC. His special interest in the clinic includes all branches of General Practice and has a particular interest in Geriatric Medicine and Diabetes & Cardiac management.
Dr. Elma Gaffney
Dr. Elma Gaffney is a graduate of UCC. Her special interests in the clinic include Pregnancy and Women’s health. She fits the Mirena coil and Implanon contraceptive devices and also gives Travel Vaccines.

Dr. Gareth Linehan
Dr. Gareth Linehan is a graduate of UCC. He trained as a GP in Bristol, UK and returned to Ireland in late 2013. He has been working at the Livinghealth Clinic since January 2014. His special interests in the clinic include musculoskeletal medicine and minor surgery.

Dr. Jack Griffin is a graduate of UCC. His special interests in the clinic include all branches of General Practice, Minor Surgery and in particular cardiac management.

Nurse Eileen Harrington
Eileen is Registered General Nurse with a wide range of experience and trained in Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe, Co Galway. Her extensive experience includes 2 years working at the Princess Grace Hospital, in London, 10 years with Beaumont Hospital, Dublin gaining vast experience in Haematology Urology and ENT and 4 years experience with Mallow General Hospital. For the past 10 years, Eileen has been working as a Practice Nurse with a special interest in Diabetes Care and Travel Medicine.
Nurse Eleanor Cahill
Eleanor is a Registered General Nurse with a wide range of experience. She has worked in the Casualty Department of Our Lady’s Hospital, Cashel for many years and has been working as a Practice Nurse in the Livinghealth Clinic since 2009. She has extensive experience in a wide range of practice nursing duties including phlebotomy and childhood vaccinations. Eleanor continually updates her C.P.R skills training every 2 years to ensure continued professional development.
Nurse Margaret Ann McGrath
Margaret is a Registered General Nurse with a wide range of experience. She trained in General Nursing in Limerick Regional Hospital and later completed a Practice Nurse course in UCC. She worked in Casualty/Ambulance for 3 years and gerontology for 8 years. For the past 10 years Margaret has been working as a Practice Nurse with experience in all Practice Nurse duties including phlebotomy, childhood vaccinations & cervical screening
Nurse Mary Riordan
Mary is a Registered General Nurse with a wide range of experience. She trained in St John’s Hospital, Limerick and also trained as a midwife in The Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Mary’s experience also includes working abroad including working as a General Nurse and Gerontology in London, Australia & Africa. For the past 8 years, Mary has worked as a Practice Nurse and has a great deal of experience in all practice nursing duties including phlebotomy, childhood vaccinations and cervical screening.
