Dr James completed his training in General Practice in 2023. James graduated from University College Cork in 2015 and worked in adult medicine in Cork University Hospital for four years before specializing in GP. He is a member of both the Irish College of General Practice and the Royal College of Physicians. James has also completed a Diploma in Paediatrics and Professional Certificates in Dermatology, and Palliative Care. Other areas of interest include medicine for the elderly, sports and exercise medicine, and preventative medicine.  In his spare time James has completed marathons, triathlons and also the point-to-point River Lee Swim.
