Dr. Declan Herlihy is a graduate of The Royal College of Surgeons. His special interest in the clinic includes all branches of general practice and has a particular interest in the prevention and management of Diabetes and Heart Disease in the community. Dr. Herlihy is actively engaged in the teaching of Final UCC & UL undergraduates.
